from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology
from the University of Hartford. Lou is certified to deliver a variety
of training classes and is a member of the Society for Human Resource
Management. From 1993 - 1998, Lou served on the Board of Directors
of Careerscope, a non-profit Career Counseling firm based in Columbia,
